AccorHotels needed a comprehensive multinational, multidimensional, and multicultural PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) program to support its network of hotels, one that would help its merchants achieve and maintain compliance. Partnering with Vigitrust, it implemented a customized program and portal to address its specific hospitality needs and make PCI DSS business as usual for the organization.

Results include:

- Improved education and understanding of payment security for its merchants to help achieve and maintain compliance
- Visibility on the effectiveness of the PCI DSS program for all parties involved
- Streamlined reporting
