Eligible stakeholders will also receive instructions via email. As a reminder, participants are required to accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to download the document. Please review the [RFC Process Guide](https://listings.pcisecuritystandards.org/pdfs/RFC_Process_Guide.pdf) for more information.      *Please note that PCI SSC can only accept comments submitted via the PCI SSC portal and received within the defined RFC period.    * Background on the Mobile Payments on COTS (MPoC) v1.1   The Mobile Payments on COTS (MPoC) standard has been developed to address the security requirements of the mobile payment market. Version 1.0 of the standard was officially released in November 2022, and the Program Guide document was released in December 2022.   For v1.1, the MPoC standard has been updated to address stakeholder feedback and improve flexibility and utility.
